The short answer is, yes you should have an online presence.

I don’t know about you but I haven’t used a Yellow Pages offline for, well (thinking) years. I actually haven’t even seen one for ( more thinking) I can’t remember the last time I’ve even seen a yellow pages book. I have internet on my phone like most people do and I’m constantly on my computer so I’m always around some electrical device to search for a location or use maps. I’m not alone either, it’s getting more and more common for business to be searched for using a phone. Soon it you’re not listed locally online you could face losing some business.
